Through pregnancy, postpartum, and every stage of motherhood.
I believe that birth is the beginning, postpartum lasts a lifetime, and grace is how we meet it.
I hold a Master's in Physical Activity and Health and I am a certified prenatal and postnatal yoga teacher, a certified doula, and a mother of two. I created Mothering With Grace to provide the support I wish every mother had — not just for birth, but for postpartum and beyond.
My approach combines yoga, strength, mobility, breath, and nervous system regulation into one intentional practice — because every season of motherhood deserves more than stretching. It requires real training.
And none of it happens in isolation. Community and connection are at the heart of everything I do. No woman should have to navigate motherhood alone.
I have helped hundreds of mothers move through pregnancy and postpartum feeling stronger, more confident and more connected to their bodies.
Pregnancy With Grace is the ultimate tool to train your body and mind for birth — and set yourself up for a stronger postpartum recovery. Rooted in yoga, it combines intentional movement, breathwork, and nervous system regulation into one complete preparation practice. Available on-demand today from anywhere in the world, or as a live 6-week cohort starting August 2026.
Prenatal Yoga to train for birth, Postnatal Yoga to reconnect your core and pelvic floor, and Mama & Me Yogalates with your little by your side in real rooms with real women. Drop in when you can or commit to a 6-week series and go deeper. This is where community happens.

Personalized one-on-one sessions built entirely around your body and your season of life. Drawing on yoga, strength, mobility, breathwork, nervous system regulation, and core and pelvic floor reconnection — including diastasis recti — this is support that goes as deep as you need it to.

If you love doing things differently and want to bring a unique, meaningful experience to your people—private group yoga is the way to go.
Perfect for baby showers, nesting parties, girls’ nights or weekends, birthdays, team-building events, or any gathering that deserves something intentional and memorable.
Let’s create a beautiful moment of movement, grounding, and connection for your group.

"I attended a group class where our babies were able to come along. It was so impressive that Kaitlyn was able to create such a welcoming and calm environment while some of our littles fussed, needed a quick feed, or asked to be held. Kaitlyn provided clear guidance on each pose and showed us how to flow from one to the next. It was easier to keep up than I anticipated! I will definitely recommend to my friends and would take a class again!"

You’re told to “stay active” during pregnancy… But not how to move in a body that’s constantly changing.
You’re cleared at 6 weeks postpartum… But not actually guided through recovery.
You’re expected to “bounce back”… While navigating exhaustion, identity shifts, and a nervous system that’s completely overwhelmed.
So you’re left wondering:
Am I doing too much—or not enough?
Is this safe for my body?
Why do I feel so disconnected from myself?
If this feels familiar, you’re not the problem. The system just never supported you the way it should have.

Nearly 1 in 4 women don’t meet recommended physical activity levels during pregnancy, often due to lack of guidance about safe movement during pregnancy
After birth, structured postpartum care is limited—often centered around a single 6-week checkup, with little ongoing guidance for physical recovery, movement, or emotional support.
1 in 5 women experience perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, including postpartum depression and anxiety.
And yet, research consistently shows:
Movement can reduce the risk of gestational diabetes, preeclampsia, and cesarean birth
It supports faster, more complete postpartum recovery
It significantly improves mental health before and after birth
And it even benefits your baby’s development and long-term resilience
This isn’t optional support. It’s foundational.
I’m a Prenatal & Postnatal Coach—and I don’t just teach movement. I teach you how to feel at home in your body.
I spent years training Paralympians and professional athletes to be the best they can be both on, and off the field of play.
Now, I bring that same level of precision, care, and intention to women navigating pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and motherhood.
Because this season of life is just as physically and mentally demanding—if not more.
With a Master’s in Physical Activity & Health, advanced prenatal and postnatal yoga training, and doula certification, my approach blends:
Evidence-based movement
Nervous system support through breathwork
Strength and mobility for real-life motherhood
And something most programs are missing: connection
Because you don’t just need a workout.
You need support. You need guidance. You need a place to land.
